EMPLOYEE MEDICAL CHECKS
Sogester seeks to prevent inherent occupational health risks and requires all its employees to undergo periodic medical examinations. These examinations allow Sogester to carefully monitor and evaluate potential health risks. The goal of these checks is to determine whether an employee is fit to perform his/her job without risks.
